Authentik is an open source identity provider that prioritizes security and control of your most sensitive data. It includes APIs and fully customizable policies to automate any workflow. Note: if you already have a solution for SSO/IAM, no worries — we can adapt the configuration to your environment.
Single Sign-On and MFA
With Authentik integrated into ResorsIT, users log in once and access all applications through a centralized dashboard — no separate credentials per application. Multi-factor authentication is available at the platform level, so it applies consistently across every integrated app without configuring it separately in each one. External web applications that support SAML or OIDC can be added to the same SSO umbrella.
Access Control and Compliance
Administrators define roles and permissions through policy-based access control, ensuring users reach only the applications and data relevant to their responsibilities. Users can manage their own account settings and reset passwords without opening an IT support ticket. All access and activity is logged, supporting compliance audits without additional tooling.
Provisioning and Integration
Authentik also provides secure API access for custom application integrations, and its policy engine can automate provisioning and de-provisioning workflows — useful when onboarding new staff or when someone leaves the organization.
